Robert Fedosoff, Executive Chef

A local Calgarian Robert completed his Red Seal in 1998 in the same graduating class as Chef de Cuisine Chris Picek from SAIT Culinary Institute. From there he embarked on 5 years of culinary travel around the world. His first stop was in Roturra, New Zealand at the Royal Lakeside Novotel Restaurant. From there he made his way to London England where he accepted full time positions at Mosimann's Restaurant and then Greens Restaurant where he spent the next three years. In 2005, he moved to Vannes, France where he accepted the Head Chef position at Terroir Restaurant. Returning home, Robert brings to Calgary experience, diversity and enthusiasm to "Inspired Italian" restaurant Il Sogno.
